The wellness metric nobody measures.
Your programs cover physical health, mental health, sleep and steps. None of them measure the thing your people are actually paid for: how clearly they think.
A 30-day pilot. One team. Independent before-and-after measurement.
Small, measured, and easy to say yes to.
A self-contained pilot with one willing team — not a platform rollout. Independent measurement at both ends, so the result isn’t ours to grade.
Independent baseline
Day 0. Each participant completes a validated cognitive assessment administered by a third party — not by us.
30 days of Brain Speed AI
Five minutes a day. Participants see their own trend. Nothing individual reaches the employer.
Independent follow-up
Day 30. The same third party re-assesses, producing an objective before-and-after at the group level.
Aggregate report
De-identified group results: participation, engagement, measured change, and pre/post wellbeing survey deltas.
Individual cognitive data belongs to the employee. Always.
This is the structural commitment that makes a cognitive program viable in a workplace, and we treat it as non-negotiable.
Employers receive anonymous group aggregates only. No individual scores, no names, no rankings. Domain breakdowns appear only when a cohort is large enough to protect anonymity. Participation is voluntary and consented.
Objective data, paired with self-report.
Alongside the independent assessment, a short pre/post survey drawn from validated instruments captures perceived productivity and focus, work-related stress, burnout risk, self-rated mental sharpness, sleep and energy, and engagement.
Reported as aggregate deltas beside the objective measures. Subjective improvement corroborated by third-party-measured cognitive change is far more persuasive than either alone.
Reported as program-evaluation associations for the participating cohort. Not causal or clinical claims.
Four pillars of cognitive fitness.
Brain Speed AI is the measurement-and-training core. Around it, participants get a structured curriculum — so they don’t just receive a score, they get a system.
Check & Tune
Daily measurement and speed training, with each person’s own inputs logged against their own results.
Neuro-Nutrition
Evidence-tiered guidance on nutrition for cognitive performance — and how to test what works for the individual.
Neuro-Rest
Sleep, stress management, breath work and mindfulness, framed as performance inputs people can see reflected in their data.
Neuro-Recovery
Practical techniques for a poor night’s sleep, a high-stress day, or cross-country travel. Plus guidance on time-efficient exercise.
Measurement-first, and claim-clean.
This category has a history. One major brain-training company was fined $50 million by the U.S. FTC for advertising cognitive benefits it could not support. Our entire discipline is the opposite: we measure, we attribute research honestly, and we don’t claim outcomes we haven’t demonstrated.
What differentiates Brain Speed AI is precision and personalization — millisecond-level profiling in five minutes, plus each person’s own what-works loop. Everyone in this space sells brain training. We show whether it’s working, per person, in language a compliance team can stand behind.
One team. Thirty days. Independently measured.
Low cost, low risk, self-contained. If it works, the data makes the case. If it doesn’t, you’ve spent very little to find out.
